ПАО «Завод Атлант» было создано в 1966 году как предприятие Министерства электронной промышленности СССР. Со дня основания завод специализируется на выпуске низковольтных, низкочастотных электрических соединителей. В настоящее время предприятие способно изготавливать до 123 млн. соединителей в год.
На территории есть небольшой заброшенный корпус и пару хозяйственных построек. Территорию пытались сдавать в аренду, но от нее отказались и на данный момент она пришла в упадок.

На территории кроме КПП и открытых ворот ничего не осталось.
